Granite / Quartz Fabricator

Job Location: Nampa, Idaho.

Job Summary:
Nampa Floors and Interiors is seeking a skilled Granite and Quartz Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with natural stone materials, specifically granite and quartz, and possess a strong attention to detail. The Granite and Quartz Fabricator will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and polishing these materials to create high-quality countertops, vanities, and other custom pieces for our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires precision and craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience working with granite and quartz materials is a plus.
• 
  Knowledge of stone fabrication techniques and tools.
• 
  Ability to read and interpret template drawings.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• 
  Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• 
  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• 
  Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• 
  Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Use various tools and machinery, such as grinders and polishers, to shape and finish the stone.
• 
  Ensure all pieces are cut to size and polished to the highest quality standards.
• 
  Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and handling of materials.
• 
  Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• 
  Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
• 
  Continuously improve skills and techniques to stay up to date with industry trends and advancements.

Benefits: This is a full-time position, with PTO (paid-time-off), employer contribution to 401K, allowance for health insurance and discount on company products. Applicants being considered will be scheduled for interviews.
