Job Description: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as
Field Service Technicians . In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). No prior ATM experience is required-comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a technical career in field services, especially for individuals with little or no prior relevant work experience.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: - Frequent bending, squatting, standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
- Potential for prolonged local travel depending on service territory.
- Must be able to lift and carry tools/parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Daily dispatch may be scheduled in advance or assigned on a rolling basis.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Able to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying shift demands.
- Smartphone (Android or iPhone) to receive assignments and access support materials.
- Possess basic hand tools, including #1 and #2 flathead and Phillips screwdrivers.
