We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution while being part of a creative, fast-moving industry.
The OpportunityAs an Events Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our events. From pre-event planning and logistics to on-site coordination and guest support, you’ll be at the center of the action. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in live events and event management.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in [City/Location] . No hybrid or remote options are available.
What You'll DoEvent Operations
Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
Support setup and breakdown of live events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Provide on-the-day operational support, from managing staff/volunteers to handling last-minute needs.
Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and artists to maintain seamless execution.
Help oversee ticketing, guest registration, and hospitality services.
Client & Guest Experience
Provide face-to-face support to sponsors, partners, and VIP guests during events.
Assist in ensuring every guest receives an exceptional, memorable experience.
Anticipate client and audience needs and provide proactive solutions.
Administrative & Team Support
Maintain event documentation, schedules, and post-event reports.
Assist with internal communications and cross-team coordination.
Contribute creative ideas to improve event processes and audience engagement.
Experience: 1–3 years in events, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (internships and volunteer work considered).
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with sharp attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strengths: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident in face-to-face client interactions.
Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for live music, events, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends when events are scheduled.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with event management platforms or design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
