Job Description

• Design and implement automated test strategies for ETL pipelines, data transformations, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for data validation, reconciliation, and regression testing.
• Validate source-to-target data mappings and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with ETL developers, data engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and test objectives.
• Build reusable test assets and automation frameworks for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• Identify, document, and track defects and data anomalies through to resolution.
• Monitor and validate scheduled ETL jobs and automated processes in various environments.
• Contribute to QA best practices and standards in data testing and automation.

• 12+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse QA with a focus on automation.
• Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries for data validation and testing.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
• Proficiency in QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Python, Postman, or custom ETL test frameworks).
• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or other cloud-based data warehouses is a plus.
• Understanding of data profiling, data lineage, and data quality checks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
