Job Title: Equity Middle Office Associate

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities:

The Equities Middle Office Associate is responsible for a variety of functions supporting the Cash Equity, Equity Derivative, and Outsourced Trading businesses across both domestic and international markets. This role will require the individual to work closely with traders, technology, product control, settlements, and various other teams across the organization. Continuously process improving to ensure efficient trade flow from front to back.

• Resolve daily position and trade breaks
• Fail control
• Act as a liaison between front office, counterparties, and custodian banks
• Trade allocations and amendments
• Provide ad-hoc support to front office, back office, and counterparties
• Work with KYC/Risk teams to open client accounts

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Middle Office with equities knowledge
• Knowledge of domestic and International Equities, Options, ADR conversions a must
• Knowledge of ETF's Create/Redeem process a plus
• Experience with Fidessa OMS and FIS Securities Processing Manager (Phase 3) a plus
• CTM /Trade Suite /Allocation processes a must
• Strong Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• Series 99 or willing to take test to attain

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
