Entry Level Software Developer Skilled and motivated Entry Level Software Developers are sought for our Fortune 100 client in Washington DC. Candidates should have a strong technical mindset, excel at problem‑solving, and have the ability to obtain a security clearance. This onsite, full‑time role involves a 12‑week comprehensive training program followed by delivery of software solutions on immediate impact projects. Key Responsibilities Develop new applications and modify existing ones using Java, C#, or similar object‑oriented languages. Write well‑structured, readable, and efficient code and adhere to coding standards. Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs; provide technical support for software issues. Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and suggest improvements to optimize performance. Assist in deployment and testing of applications to production environments, ensuring compatibility and performance. Collaborate closely with quality assurance, project management, and product management teams to meet project milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of prior technical experience. Strong understanding of programming principles, data structures, algorithms, databases, and SQL. Experience with Java, C#, or comparable object‑oriented languages. Eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. under a W2 arrangement (not C2C). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
