About the Team The Enterprise Ad Sales Team is responsible for the marketing vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This rapidly growing team seeks additional members to build a leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s advertising offerings. The goal is to make DoorDash the premier platform for advertisers to reach local customers, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem. About the Role As the Industry Manager - Enterprise Restaurant Ad Sales, you will lead a sales team focused on well-known restaurant brands. Your responsibilities include working cross-functionally to refine the go-to-market strategy, exceeding mutual goals, and building on existing team foundations. You will develop a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, acting as an extension of your advertisers’ teams, and report to the Senior Industry Manager, Enterprise Restaurant Ad Sales. You will be a key member of the Ad Sales Leadership team within our Sales & Business Development organization. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Recruit, lead, and develop a sales team working with major restaurant brands Achieve ambitious sales goals in a fast-paced environment, leveraging existing infrastructure Lead client pitches from strategy to execution Build relationships with key decision-makers through trust and challenger selling to unlock mutual value We’re excited about you because… You have 8+ years in ad sales, digital media, or related industries You have at least 2+ years managing a sales team effectively You are a consultative seller with experience in digital media or performance-focused industries You have scaled sales teams through hyper-growth phases and are a builder at heart Notice to applicants for NYC-based or remote jobs linked to NYC office: We use Covey as part of our hiring process. Compensation Base salary ranges from $122,400 to $180,000 USD, depending on location and experience. Total on-target earnings (base + commissions) range from $204,000 to $300,000 USD.
