Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Dispatcher CS for a well-known client in the Brookfield area. The Delivery Dispatcher shall be responsible for providing excellent customer service, proper routing of orders, dispatching work to internal staff, data entry, filing and maintaining files for the company. This is an office position and will need to have excellent telephone skills and previous recent high call volume experience.
The Dispatcher CS shall:
• Maintain outstanding customer service at all times
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of each task performed
• Accurately enter customer orders into the dispatch system
• Carefully and accurately put together orders for internal staff
• Neatly and completely fill out internal paperwork
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Previous dispatch or operational support experience preferred, high call volume is required
• Ability to multi-task
• Advanced user of MS Office
