This is a front-line fundraiser for high net-worth individuals here in Dallas. This is an excellent company that offers numerous perks, excellent benefits, an admirable mission, and a great work-life balance. This will be a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office, and will also have the chance to regularly meet potential funders for lunches, events, meetings, etc. Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for potential funders. Network and build relationships with new and existing investors. Work with your team to develop strategies, write proposals, and ensure effective plans. Write tailored proposals. Leverage networks to expand the donor base. This will be someone with fundraising experience and who understands what it takes to work successfully with donors. Depending on experience and skill set, this role will pay $120k-$140k + bonus.
