Digital Marketing Manager (Updated 9/11/2025)
Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm (remote) / 40hrs a week position
Base Salary: $75,000 (entry-level) - $95,000 (highly experienced) annually, based on skills and experience. In addition, we pay yearly bonuses based on company performance.
About the Role: As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be a strategic leader and trusted advisor to our clients, driving the planning and execution of powerful digital marketing strategies that support their business goals. This role calls for expertise in Purple Pig Marketing’s products and platforms, along with a strong command of SEO, paid advertising, social media, and more. You’ll proactively uncover growth opportunities, guide clients through complex initiatives, and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to deliver measurable results. Account Management (55%)
· Service as the primary point of contact for your book of clients provide proactive interaction via phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person
· Monitor and analyze campaigns to ensure they’re aligned with the established strategy, gather insight and data to identify strategic KPIs, and report on progress
· Monthly client facing strategic conversations, planning and follow-through with internal teams
· Quarterly client facing strategic conversations, planning and follow-through with team
Cross-Functional Support (40%)
· Assist with sales support strategies and web and marketing audits
· Analyze competitor’s websites and online marketing initiatives
Process Improvement (5%)
