The Opportunity

We’re looking for a savvy, analytical, and collaborative professional to join our team as a Digital Business Analyst. In this role you will help shape the continuous evolution of ASIS’s association management ecosystem by aligning business needs with functional and technical solutions. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of enterprise systems through data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Your work will directly support data-driven decision-making, strengthen data governance practices, and ensure technology investments support evolving organizational strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications in partnership with business units and IT.
• Serve as a key resource for ASIS’s enterprise systems, including CRM, AMS, LMS, and related platforms.
• Analyze data across systems to support business needs, develop dashboards in Power BI, and recommend opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support continuous system improvements and optimize business processes.
• Support data governance initiatives, helping departments maintain data hygiene, define KPIs, and improve reporting practices.
• Monitor emerging technologies and make recommendations that support strategic growth and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• CAPM, PMI-PBA, ECBA, or other business analysis or project management certification is a plus
• 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise systems and conducting cross-system data analysis.
  • At least 2+ years of experience utilizing and supporting an enterprise system (e.g., CRM, ERP, AMS)
  • At least 2+ years of experience performing data analysis using data from multiple systems
  • At least 3+ years of experience with SOP’s, training, report writing, query building, and creating dashboards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of web technologies and how they support strategic business goals
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical users.
• Experience working with project teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
