SPS Commerce is hiring a Corporate Information Security Engineering intern (IAM-focused) for our summer 2024 internship program. You will work as part of our larger technology team of over 300 people around the globe. SPS Commerces Security team ensures that our platform, a highly scalable, highly available cloud-based system processing a trillion dollars of product a year, and company are protected from cyber threats.

As an intern on this team, you will be building cyber security solutions. You will be challenged on this team! You will have projects that will get you integrated into teams across our organization, work with the security team to partner with development and cloud teams, and team members across the globe. Youll get to help build automation between our tool sets and will assist with work in our primary identity platform. All this on a fun security team!

SPS internships are paid. You will be an active contributing member of an engineering team. We also believe in growing our interns both professionally and personally. You can expect many learning sessions about how to build your professional network, creating an attractive resume, and job searching in today's market, in addition improving your technical knowledge. Our intern program is designed for you to continue your learning and gain usable experience. As a result, no one will ask you to get coffee, make copies, or run errands. Instead, you will be expected to ask questions, build integrations, and provide business value.

What your day to day will look like:

• Participate in your teams agile ceremonies, including daily standups and planning sessions.
• Work independently and with the security leadership team to do value-add work that will reduce risk for SPS.
• Develop and deploy cyber security solutions that increase the security of our development pipeline.
• Bring your whole self to work and be who you are.

What experience is required:

• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a Computer Science degree or equivalent.
• Coursework or experience in Cyber Security preferred

What you will learn:

• Retail business networks
• Cyber security basics with access to cyber security experts
• Understanding and background of security compliance requirements
• Security tools providing MFA, access provisioning, and access reviews.
