Job Title: CNC Machinist / Programmer

Location: Ronkonkoma, NY

Pay: Up to $45/hour *based on experience

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer with a strong experience with HAAS controls, CNC mills and lathes, and CAD/CAM software. The ideal candidate will have worked at least 10 years in machining, programming, and part setup.

• Program CNC machines using SolidWorks or Mastercam.
• Operate and set up HAAS CNC mills and lathes.
• Interpret and work from 3D models and technical drawings.
• Perform manual and automated machining tasks, including graphite machining.
• Set up parts accurately and efficiently for production runs.
• Maintain high standards of precision and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
• Ensure safe and clean working conditions.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 10 years of CNC machining and programming experience.
• Experience machining graphite materials
• Proficient with HAAS CNC controls.
• Skilled in SolidWorks and/or Mastercam.
• Experience machining graphite materials.
• Strong understanding of CNC mill and lathe operations.
• Ability to read and interpret models and blueprints.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $87360.00/yr.
