The Company is in search of a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join their executive leadership team. The CMO will be a visionary leader, responsible for driving the medical strategy and clinical innovation of the company's advanced medical devices. The successful candidate will also be involved in stakeholder engagement, and clinical education, and will play a critical role in the business strategy and development, particularly in the areas of market adoption and patient advocacy. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should hold an MD degree with a specialization in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the development of innovative medical devices and/or ultrasound technology. The role requires a proven track record in leading clinical trials, working with regulatory bodies, and a strong understanding of the medical device lifecycle. Excellent communication skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and experience with advanced ultrasound technologies and imaging systems are essential. Familiarity with AI-driven healthcare solutions and a successful history of product launches in the medical device industry are also key qualifications. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships and an extensive network within the reimbursement system.
