About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to play a pivotal role in advancing its mission to enhance healthcare outcomes. The CIO will be responsible for providing executive leadership in information strategy, infrastructure, and organizational growth. This includes overseeing data governance and analytics, leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The successful candidate will also be tasked with building and scaling high-performing teams, aligning information and data investments with business priorities, and serving as a trusted advisor on strategy, risk, and innovation. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in healthcare IT, analytics, or enterprise technology leadership, with a background as a previous CIO or VP of Technology in a PBM, payer, or healthcare company. Expertise in cloud architecture, AI/ML analytics, and cybersecurity is essential, as is a strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks. The role requires a proven track record in scaling IT operations and analytics platforms, experience in vendor negotiations, and a willingness to travel. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with the ability to drive industry change and deliver the highest quality patient outcomes.
