As the welcoming face of our organization, you’ll ensure smooth event execution, engage with attendees, and help promote causes that truly matter.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-of event logistics, ensuring seamless setup, execution, and breakdown
Greet and assist attendees, providing accurate information about our nonprofit partners and their missions
Support booth setup, registration, crowd management, and attendee flow
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Adapt quickly to changing event needs and troubleshoot challenges on the spot
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and memorable event experience
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-driven personality
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in event support, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
