Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and I-9 and background process.
• Assist in the management and utilization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS - Workday)
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Support Recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with other recruitment- and onboarding related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a recruitment or HR setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a preference for experience with Workday.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Must be in San Antonio, TX and willing to come to office 3 days a week.
