Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain robust analytics solutions across the business Establish and maintain standards, governance and methodologies for data modelling and visualization Identify and drive opportunities to support business growth Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, data quality and consistency Provide actionable insights that empower all departments to make data-driven decisions Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to present complex data to stakeholders Embed Looker or integrate BI outputs into other applications Research cutting edge application of analytics in the healthcare domain Maintain internal tools Demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation Deliver comprehensive and detailed analytical reports Show strong leadership and collaboration within teams What we are looking for 4+ years hands-on experience working as part of a BI & reporting function Degree / MSc+ in a quantitative discipline Advanced SQL with AWS Redshift Expertise in Looker development, including LookML and performance tuning Expertise in Python development Knowledge of AWS and cloud technologies (e.g. Glue, S3, Lambda, SageMaker) Understanding and practical experience of advanced data modelling Experience in an Agile work environment Evidence of applied problem solving and ability to handle conflicting priorities Strong understanding of databases, data governance and scalability Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable Additional Skills Self-starter and proactive leader who can manage workload and plan accordingly Data evangelist passionate about advocating for data use across departments Curious, independent thinker Excellent communicator with ability to explain complex concepts to both non-technical and technical stakeholders Effective project and time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities Benefits Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience) Health, dental & vision insurance 401k Matching contribution Employee Assistance Programme Annual Compensation Reviews Flexible PTO Policy and 3 paid volunteer days per year Free monthly LetsGetChecked tests Referral bonus programme Internal opportunities and career clinics Maternity, paternity, parental and wedding leave Why LetsGetChecked We are revolutionizing healthcare by making it more accessible, convenient, and personalized.
