Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our product portfolio. This role requires serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in pharmaceutical sales, marketing access, and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will be a Pharma Commercial Domain expert, focusing on enabling stakeholders through strategic leadership, training, and solution contextualization. Responsibilities include driving Veeva CRM capabilities, supporting client solutions, and aligning project delivery with pharmaceutical commercial best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for delivery, pre-sales support, proposal development, and training is essential. Skills / Experience 10+ years in Pharma commercial roles (industry, consulting, or IT services) 8+ years in Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations and familiarity with Agile, JIRA Experience working on Agile/Scrum projects with tools like Jira Exposure to Veeva Vault (PromoMats / MedComms) , Salesforce platform, and integrations Knowledge of digital experience platforms, content management, and marketing tools in medical and commercial contexts Proficiency in Aha, JIRA, and data visualization tools like Tableau Understanding of AI/ML in commercial analytics, market access strategies, and KOL engagement Collaborative approach; ability to work across delivery, product, and sales teams Skill in translating complex industry concepts into clear insights Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable; strong problem-solving skills Effective communication skills across verbal, email, and instant messaging channels Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide regular, proactive updates Key responsibilities include: Gathering and analyzing business requirements Creating clear specifications for development teams Designing technology solutions in collaboration with technical teams Enhancing customer and user experiences through digital tools Identifying gaps in current processes and proposing improvements Developing user stories and acceptance criteria Defining and executing test plans to ensure quality and compliance Supporting product backlog refinement and prioritization Facilitating training and change management initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
