State St. Jewelers is seeking an experienced bench jeweler to join our growing team. We are a full-service, independent fine jeweler known for our craftsmanship, customer care, and southern hospitality. One of our clients described us as “the epitome of an independent and local 'southern comfort' fine jeweler”—and we take pride in living up to that reputation.

Located in the heart of Greensboro, NC, our shop offers access to vibrant neighborhoods, a thriving downtown food scene, and hundreds of parks and greenways—all with minimal commute times.

Key Responsibilities

• Stone setting (diamonds and precious stones)
• High-quality workmanship across all repair types
• General repairs: sizing, soldering, polishing, rhodium plating
• Laser welding and fabrication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Preferred Skills

• Jewelry design and sketching
• Pavé setting
• Wax carving

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of bench experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
