Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle daily transactions accurately, and promote our financial products and services.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other transactions.
Process loan payments, money orders, cashier’s checks, and other bank services.
Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records.
Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate banking services or staff.
Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone in a professional manner.
Maintain compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Previous banking or cash-handling experience strongly preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and banking software.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position; Monday–Friday schedule.
