beverage experiences? Outriggers Tiki Bar & Grille is looking for a dynamic Assistant Front of

House & Beverage Manager to help lead our team, oversee our bar operations, and keep our

beverage program running at peak performance.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced,

guest-focused environment. This role is hands-on and requires a leader who can balance

managing the dining room with elevating our bar program.

You’re a great fit if you:

 Have proven restaurant management or supervisory experience (high-volume preferred)

 Bring experience managing bar operations, inventory, and beverage menus

 Can navigate busy service with a calm head, quick problem-solving, and a warm, welcoming presence

 Are highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented

 Are flexible and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

 Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service

Your Role Will Include:

 Supervising and supporting the front of house team

 Overseeing daily bar operations, including staffing, training, and quality control

 Managing beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control

 Assisting with scheduling, training, and performance management for FOH staff

 Collaborating with the management team to maintain restaurant standards

 Jumping in wherever needed—because great leaders do whatever it takes to get the job done
