Job description *Must have at least 1 recent year of janitorial experience*
Job Site Location: Queens NY
Hours : Full-time (44 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday - 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Saturday can be flexible on the hours)
Pay Rate: $18.25 (plus overtime on the weekend!)

Duties and Responsibilities - Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, elevators, stairways, and windows.
- Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the areas.
- Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all areas of the site.
- Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles.
- Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
- Restock consumables in restrooms
- Floor care
- Any other tasks assigned
Minimum Qualifications: - Must have 1 year of recent janitorial experience
- Must be able to drive a golf cart
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must have a working phone that is able to download three mobile apps used to complete the job
- Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services or prevent you from being able to walk your assigned route
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet, heat, cold)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be age 18 or over
- Must have good attendance and punctuality
Pay Rate: $18.25
