Analyst I - Biotech Industry (On-Site, Lab Based)
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Analyst I to support quality control operations at a leading biotech organization. This is a contract, fully on-site laboratory role ideal for early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience in a regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environment. The Analyst I will play a key role in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on products and raw materials in a laboratory setting
  
  
• Analyze test data and clearly document and report any deviations from established specifications
  
  
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and applicable regulatory standards
  
  
• Accurately document quality control procedures, test methods, and results in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
  
  
• Support troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for quality-related issues
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality standards

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of relevant experience , including internships or entry-level laboratory work
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  
  
• Working knowledge of industry best practices related to quality control and laboratory operations
  
  
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work in a regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Prior laboratory testing experience , particularly in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences settings

Work Environment

• Fully on-site, lab-based role
  
  
• Contract position supporting critical quality control operations
