We are seeking a highly qualified Airport Site Manager to oversee janitorial services at the Orlando International Airport. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of cleaning services, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the airport facilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of janitorial services contract at the Orlando International Airport. Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations. Interpret and enforce cleanliness standards set forth in the contract. Monitor performance and quality of cleaning services, addressing any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with airport authorities, cleaning staff, and management team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience in a management capacity involving a janitorial services contract comparable in size and scope to the work to be performed under this Contract. Knowledge and experience with cleaning methods. Proven track record of coordinating multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret contractual requirements and cleanliness standards. Understanding of airport operations is preferred. Must be capable of effectively managing the work to be performed under the contract. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. Additional Information: The Site Manager and any replacement must be subject to the Aviation Authority's prior written approval.
