Aerospace Systems Engineers IV & V - Denver Metropolitan Area, CO (Hybrid) - Up to $190k

We are looking for an exceptional Aerospace Systems Engineer who combines "down and in" technical expertise with "up and out" big-picture thinking. This role is key to our cutting-edge aerospace systems, contributing to a transformative space project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and operate hardware for space vehicles
• Lead testing, requirements decomposition, and compliance verification
• Engage in trade studies, integration, and Interface Control Document (ICD) development
• Oversee system requirements, verification, and validation (V&V) processes

Ideal Experience:

• 6-10 years of combined experience in technical and systems engineering:
• 3-5 years in design, analysis, or as a subject matter expert in aerospace systems
• 3-5 years in systems engineering focusing on integration, trade studies, and requirement decomposition
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field
• Experience with launch systems highly desirable​​
• Strong background in avionics, communication systems, telemetry
• History of designing/supporting satellites is advantageous
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
